RepresentativeGuests, occasion, city and date are enough to start. Add budget, seating, equipment and access requirements if you have them — the brief works either way, and you can edit it from any page without losing your filters.
Write it in plain language and Eventify structures it, or fill the form directly. Neither path depends on the other.
Capacity belongs to a hall, not a property. Results name the specific space that seats your group in your seating layout, and the venue page lists every published room with its area and layout capacities side by side.
Where no room capacity is published, Eventify says so instead of quoting a headline number that may belong to a different space.
Up to four venues, the same criteria, unknowns left visible. A “differences only” view strips out everything the venues agree on so you are looking at the actual trade-off.
A venue with a thin record never outranks a verified one simply because its gaps are invisible.
Every selected venue receives the same brief plus the questions its own record cannot answer — parking allocation, room capacity, price for your dates. Replies come back with price, inclusions, deposit, date confirmation and validity.
Accepting an offer records a booking in the marketplace. Payment happens between you and the venue; Eventify does not process it.
Sourced from an official venue page, an official hotel-chain page, a government or tourism source, or evidence supplied by an approved owner — with a link and a check date on the venue page. 36 of 66 records are fully verified this way.
Eventify's own approximation, always marked with ≈. 65 of 66 venues publish no event price at all, so most ranges you see are estimates for early budgeting. An owner's offer replaces the estimate the moment it arrives.
Genuinely unknown, and left that way. 47 venues have no published coordinates, so their map pin stays hidden rather than approximated. Open facts travel with your inquiry as questions the venue can answer.
The same rules run over every venue in the catalog. No venue can pay to move up, and commercial activity is recorded after the score, so it cannot rewrite it.
